SEMI HOMEMADE MANGO CAKES


the recipe 
Makes 4 to 6
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sweetner
1 tablespoon cornstarch 
1 cup of orange juice 
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups fresh sliced mangos 
One can of whipped cream
4-6 spongecake shells
A sprinkle of cinnamon 

Directions:
1. Combine sweetener and cornstarch in a small saucepan. 
2. Stir in orange juice. 
3. Bring to boil, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened and bubbly, about a    
    minute. Remove from heat. 
4. Add extract, and let cool completely. 
5. Combine orange juice mixture and mangoes in a bowl, stirring gently. 
6. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. 
7. When its time to serve, spoon mangoes and sauce over desert shells and top with 
     whip cream. 
8. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

my opinion
this recipe was easy, I added the cinnamon pinch step.
