Ways To Save Money

When Wu-Tang Clan came out with the song CREAM in 1993, it stood out in mind, not the gangsta but the album title, CREAM, which stands for Cash Rules Everything Around Me. And it was true then and remains true today, cash is king. We have to make it to spend and save it, our lifestyles are dependent on it. And because cash is so necessary, here are some ways to save it. So we can spend it later on the things that really matter, like paying off debts, saving for children education, taking lavish vacations, owning brick and mortar stores…live our dreams.

Money Saving Tips
$ Live Below Your Means
Just because you can afford a $2,000 apartment doesn’t mean you should rent one. Go for something under budget, but is functional,in a walk-able area and feels like home.

$ Invest
Team up with a friend who know about the market, and invest in stock. Also, always, always, always invest in your company retirement plan.

$ Cut Back on Starbucks
For me Starbucks and the like, are a treat. I treat myself to Starbucks when I meeting a business partner or I’ve accomplished something. It have saved me so much money and teeth whitening. If you can’t do without the daily coffee, make it at home. I love this coffee at home.

$ Brown Bag Your Lunch
Invest in this one time bag, pack your lunch and be stylish every time you pack your lunch.

$ No Impulse Buying
There are always sales, but you don’t always need things. I follow a rule, when I try it on and I love it, I buy it. Once I get it home, if I don’t wear it within 30 days, I return it.

$ Do Your Own Nails
It’s way to easy and cheap to get a simple manicure for under $10, and when the polish starts chipping remove it and repaint yourself. The cuticles will still be good condition! Also, you can always buy these under $9.00 nails and glue them on.

$ Sell/Donate The Things You Don’t Need
Head over to your local Goodwill, not only will your clear your closet but your spirit will be set on fire. 🔥

$ Grocery Shop On A Full Stomach and Stick To Your List
Write your list out, for me, I use my local grocery store app. It tells me exactly where each item is located, and I can easily check it off. So easy and helps me to only buy whats necessary.

$ Negotiate Everything
Credit Card Interest Rates, Utility Bills, Clothing and Shoe Purchases, Anything and Everything.

It’s all about the dolla, dolla, bill ya’ll!
