Steps To A Happier You

Compliment others. Positive energy is contagious.

Sleep when you feel tired. You’ll wake up feeling refreshed.

Say no. It’s okay to say no to things that don’t interest you or don’t want to attend.

Give your phone and other electronics a rest.

Write down your experiences and thoughts.
Journaling helps put things in appreciation. I recommend a grateful journal.

Celebrate your wins, even the small ones.

Have some alone time.
Alone time is freedom, do something that really makes you happy without the concern if it makes others content.

Learn something new. You’ll feel accomplished.
