In late December we all start making plans on what we want our year to look like, especially our bodies but sometimes things are easier said than done. For me, I prefer to ease myself into it, first I start with my eating, slowly cutting back on sweets and carbs, and instead integrating healthy snacks. I also cut the coffee and instead enjoy a cup caffeine free tea, then I start the workouts and for me yoga is one of the best practices to start with. It’s core strengthening, increases flexibility, and brings peace of mind. Plus, anyone can practice it, beginner or an advance yogi.
