Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken

Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken

Hey there! Did you see my post last week, well just in case you missed it, here's a reminder of my cooking goals...every week, I go through my Pinterest and cookbooks to find a recipe I want to try.  This week I tried this Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken from The Cooking Jar.  And it was amazing, which is precisely why I'm sharing it with you. It took me about an hour to prep and cook, double the time the recipe says because I cooked mashed potatoes too. The sauce was delicious and I recommend you double the recipe, as you're going to want to smother your chicken in it. Yum! I also switched out chicken breast for chicken tenders, they're quicker to fry it seems, so watch your fry time carefully.
