Classic Aperol Spritz
It's Spring and I've been enjoying a sip here and there of prosecco. But as we all know it's a simple classic that sometimes need a twist. Today, I offer that twist. Well, actually the recipe Minetto Prosecco staff. Don't judge, I'm not a mixologist. I'm a blogger. Anyway, here is the recipe that is perfect for a little prosecco rejuvenation.
3 parts Mionetto Prestige Prosecco DOC Treviso
2 parts Aperol
1 splash of soda water
orange for garnish
Build the ingredients in a wine glass, over ice, and add the garnish
