Many of us dread Mondays, but instead of starting in a negative space, I say go completely positive. Why start the week being pessimistic, when you can start it off with happiness. If you follow my Instagram, then you know that I keep a grateful journal and the 52 Lists for Happiness journal. My notebook I use daily, I write down each day all the things or people I am grateful for. In the first few pages of my journal are my 2017 goals, along with imagery of what that looks like. I love keeping a grateful journal, it is particularly useful when I'm having a rough day. When times are tough, I go back and read a few pages and recall the memories. Having a journal of all positive things, helps me to refocus and understand my purpose. The 52 Lists for Happiness journal is nice because it challenges you to a different tasks each week helping you to cultivate your own unique happiness. I challenge you to purchase a notebook and start a grateful journal.
